Job Description:
- To ensure the requisition by all department is fullfilled on time;
- To ensure the prompt payment to supplier for good company reputation and power of negotiation in future;
- To responsible for all aspects of purchasing such as order fulfillment, sourcing & negotiation, and development of new suppliers;
- Assist in conducting supplier analysis and facilitate early identification and timely resolution of problems, changes, disputes, and claims;
- Monitor inventory levels and take appropriate action to maintain optimal levels
- Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc reports when required;
- Responsible for routine administration task, eg. office stationery, office supplies, etc.;
- Ensure routine office payments ( phone bills, shell cards, etc) been record and manage; and
- any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.

Role Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen;
- Degree/Diploma in related discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience;
- Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills;
- Provide coordination and administrative support to Managers and Admin Department;
- An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision;
- Strong ability of self-discipline, independently work and anti-pressure;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time; and
- Working location - West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd, Bukit Raja)
