Nehalem Bay State Park
near Tillamook, Oregon.

What you will do:
As a Student Worker at (Insert Park link), you will assist or supplement a permanent, trained work force by performing repetitive and routine office work that can be easily learned on the job. You will provide visitor information and assist with other duties to ensure clean, safe and enjoyable park areas for the visiting public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be enrolled at least half-time in high school or college.
Special Requirements:
  • To be hired, you must have a criminal records and driving records check that meets OPRD Criteria at the time of hire, and throughout employment.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and throughout employment

  • The salary listed is at the non-PERS rate. Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) eligible employees will have their base salary increased by 6.95% and pay the 6.95% employee contribution to PERS. If you are not yet PERS eligible, the 6.95% pay increase and employee contribution will be effective upon PERS eligibility.
