Hatta Outdoor is preparing for Season 6 starting September 2023. We are looking to employ a Housekeeper who, as part of a team will ensure all aspects of Hatta Outdoor’s portfolio of premier adventurous attractions and facilities are maintained to high standards. Reporting to the Senior Housekeeper and assisted by colleagues the Housekeeper will share responsibility for the smooth running and delivery of Hatta Outdoor’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Follow clear operating procedures.
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Other relevant duties the organisation might require.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable, outgoing and a team player.
- Confident, friendly, polite and a professional manner.
- Ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with public.
- Hard worker.
- A great communicator who loves working with people.
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
