Division: Group Technology Services (GTS)
Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contractor arrangements for this role.
The Role:
Business Relationship Manager (BRM) manages the interactions and dialogue with its stakeholders. You will help both parties forecast the demand for IT services, access our services seamlessly and improve service performance continuously.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with Business and within IT through providing day-to-day client advice and support.
- Promote the capabilities of the GTS division in delivering an adequate service, and assist the clients in identifying service improvements.
- Mobilize the GTS division's resources to meet the clients’ needs and expectations.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and aim at satisfying the service delivery expectations and requirements.
- Interactions with senior stakeholders such as division heads in the interface of the GTS Delivery organisation towards the clients.
- Support the change of roadmaps of our clients by translating their demand towards the GTS teams, ensuring that the demand is appropriately understood and budgeted.
- Facilitate the achievement of specific and measurable results through a network of internal and external partners, stakeholders or clients over whom direct control is not exercised.
More specifically, the Business Relationship Manager for IT:
- Develops and manages excellent business relationships, builds trust, credibility and confidence and reviews and/or expands their network.
- Independently manages relationships with IT stakeholders.
- Represents the GTS division within organization and promotes the optimal conditions of cooperation.
- Providing management information, periodic and ad-hoc (including forecasting).
- Ensures that the GTS teams clearly understands the clients' requirements.
- Mobilizes the GTS division to take appropriate actions to enhance service delivery.
- Encourages proactive approach by anticipating threats, risks and proposing cost improvements.
Desired Experience and Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the IT client environments and their dependencies on Group Technology Services solutions.
- You have a very good knowledge of the Agile implementation in GTS and Euroclear, including how GTS operates within the Agile framework
This position will require to build an understanding of the complete range of IT services and underlying infrastructure provided by GTS.
Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days a month of work in the office.
