- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven knowledge of fashion, fabric types and an awareness of brands Shopbop carries
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and ability to learn new computer applications
- Ability to work under pressure, handle competing priorities, and adhere to deadlines both independently and as a team

- 40 hour work week with flexibility to work overtime or weekends
- Ability to steam garments in a hanging position for up to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Shopbop is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Studio Operations Team. This entry-level role supports both internal and external customers by managing all inventory moving in and out of the photo studio.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prep all inventory coming into the studio, including steaming and preparing inventory labels.
- Inspect and repackage all inventory leaving the studio.
- Act as the primary contact for warehouse staff in locating inventory currently in the studio.
- Manage aging inventory to ensure inventory is returned to the warehouse in a timely manner.
- Inspect, repackage, and receive all inventory returned from our New York Studio.
- Ensure damaged inventory is not available for sale and is routed to the appropriate team.
- Assist organization on feature shoots and special projects as needed.

- Strong awareness of brands we carry
- Previous experience in a photo studio, or other fashion-based operations environment
- Experience steaming fabrics, taping shoes and/or refurbishing products (sewing, cleaning, etc)
