Job Description:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including management, users, and the development team, to design and describe clear and comprehensive system specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the development team to ensure proper understanding of business needs and project objectives, and assist in designing technical solutions to suit those needs.
- Assist in planning and managing the software development cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and rollout, as well as monitoring project progress and addressing changing requirements efficiently.
- Conduct trials and verify the results of software development to ensure that the used car sales website application meets the expected quality standards and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 7 years of overall work experience in business system analysis, planning and managing software development cycle, and conducting trials in software development.
- Proficient in business analysis, strong skills in data analysis, e-commerce technology, user expeirence, sales & marketing, & requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in office (location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
