As a Project administrator / Document Controller, you will be responsible for the project management system. You will provide a document control service, maintaining effective control of all project documentation, consistent with company standards, processes and project eDMS systems (Aconex or Sharepoint).
Your responsibilities

Is the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) on the project wrt. Document Control.

Works closely with the Project Management Team and maintains awareness of document control amongst project team members, subcontractors / suppliers by informing, explaining and training the procedures and tools;

Checks documentation to ensure that Employer Requirements and DEME standards are met with regards to Document Control . Take measures if the quality of documents is below standard and not acceptable;

Manages the flow of communication on the project;

Updates/adjust the standard document control procedures for the project and throughout the project lifecycle;

Is responsible for managing the project’s Document Management System (DMS), assists on implementation and fully controls the permissions setup;

Manages every process step the document takes in the document lifecycle, from draft until archiving;

follows up on assigned tasks in an accurate, structural and punctual way, bringing them to a close.
Your profile

Have a bachelor degree or similar through experience
-
Have an administrative background with a focus on policy & processes.

Advanced digital skills in Office, basic skills in Data Management Systems is a plus

Are fluent in English and preferably in French. Knowledge of another European language is a strong asset.
