About this opportunity
The MDM SME will work closely with different counterparts in the MMEA MA and Hub Supply organization in support of master data related topics. The SME will also work on data analysis, investigations, and other complex activities in relation to the plant master data integrity and accuracy. Technical and Process expertise is a must. Role will demand high customer interface to build an excellent working relationship within the organization!
What you will do
- Maintain complex master data for the Hub operations - Create and Modify Master data according to requests, mostly resulting from Projects and new scope onboarding
- Provide master data expertise- Answer end-users master data related questions and concerns, especially on complex subjects
- Troubleshoot data issues and other concerns affecting Master Data
- Work closely with Project Teams and counterparts from different geographical locations on different strategic projects and activities
- Support on the Mass Upload templates through subject matter supervision
- Ensure Master Data Quality
- Improve MDM Ways of Working
You will bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree in any relevant field
- Min years of experience: 5 years
- Background in Tools and System Automation
- Demonstrated ability: SAP including P12, P07 and P79, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, Tableau, Power Apps and Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Above par communication and articulation skills
