Responsible for overall general office and administration duties as well as secretarial support to the management team, accounts, facilities, customer service, marketing and project/ operation areas.
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency, maintain files and records with effective filing systems. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting and HR system. Resposible to generate daily, weekly and monthly report or excel type of report and will communicate with internal and external stakeholders of the company.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as office coordinator/ administrator or in a similar role
- Knoweldge in INFOTECH HR system and Autocount Accounting system is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
