NVIDIA Networking Business Unit is looking for a Reliability engineer for the qualification team. NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. What you will be doing:

Conduct thorough analysis of production data and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

Utilize statistical analysis techniques to assess the reliability of products and systems, and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and design engineering, to gather relevant data and insights for analysis

You will perform root cause analysis of failures and develop effective corrective actions based on data analysis finding

You will perform and lead appropriate reliability testing with associated failure analysis
What we need to see:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of related work experience preferred qualifications
-
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (such as JMP, Python). Knowledge of data visualization tools and experience with database management systems.

Proven experience in analyzing large datasets, applying statistical methods, and using data analysis techniques.

The ability to perform thorough root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions based on data analysis findings is highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is often required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
