What you'll be doing
Actively participate as a member of a team who are required to provide a timely,
accurate and efficient standard of stores service to the hospital.

Provide a highly professional serviced which includes receiving incoming goods, delivery of stock & non-stock items throughout the Hospital, the imprest of stock for wards, picking of orders and maintaining the stores areas & keeping it a clean & tidy environment



  • Storeman/Warehousing Experience-Minimum Three (3) Years with experience in stock receiving, putting away, picking & despatching.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Stock Control Procedures preferably using barcoding and Oracle System
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills & with the ability to following written process & procedures
  • Hospital or Similar Facility Work Experience
  • Demonstrate flexibility to be able to work within other areas of Corporate Services.
  • Current LF Forklift Licence or commitment to obtain LF Forklift Licence within 2 months commencement of employment.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
